Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Please review the course details, fees and requirements carefully before making a payment.
Once payment has been successfully completed and access to a digital course, study material, practice test or online examination has been provided, the fee will normally be non-refundable.
If an amount is debited but the transaction is unsuccessful and course access is not provided, users should contact Our Green India Academy with the relevant payment details.
Duplicate payments or payments made due to a technical error will be reviewed. Where a refund is found to be applicable, it will be processed through the appropriate payment method.
Any eligible refund may take several working days to appear in the user's account depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Cancellation of course access after the digital service has been activated does not automatically qualify for a refund.
